Vendor Alert: Scam Purchase Orders Circulating

Diaz Foods has been made aware of a scam involving fraudulent purchase orders being sent to suppliers by individuals impersonating our employees. These bad actors are using email addresses that resemble ours, but are not from our official domain.

All official Diaz Foods communications originate from: @diazfoods.com

If you receive a PO or communication that seems suspicious, especially from a new contact or free email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook), please:

  • Do not ship any goods.
  • Verify the request by contacting our Purchasing Department at 404-344-5421 require dual verification
  • Forward any suspicious messages for investigation.

We are taking legal action and working with authorities to address the situation. Your awareness and caution are critical to preventing fraud.
